Woke up at 3:00 AM to driving wind and driven rain. Out early to be ready for Sprocket's arrival.
We unloaded Sprocket and put him in the field we call Field 1 (how original!). The electric fence was on but wasn't packing enough of a jolt for Sprocket. He ducked under the wire and took off. We chased him through the 'hood and got him back safely and ok. We immediately reconfigured the fence to give a bigger and better jolt.
The big orange trucks for Oklahoma Gas and Electric were on the beach road toward Jobos today. Like Spring, that's a sign of hope!
